My burner clicks forever but never lights. Is that expensive?
Usually not. On a Wolf sealed burner that is nearly always a wet or cracked spark electrode, a fouled burner cap seat, or a failed spark module. Electrodes and caps are inexpensive parts, and the module is a straightforward swap.
Do you work on dual-fuel ranges as well as all-gas?
Yes. Dual-fuel is the majority of what we see on the plateau — gas surface burners with an electric oven cavity, which means both a gas side and a control-and-element side to diagnose. We carry igniters, electrodes and the common relay boards.
The oven door locked after self-clean and will not open. Can that be fixed?
Almost always. A self-clean lockout usually means a blown thermal fuse or a failed door-lock motor after the cycle overheated the control area. Both are repairable — do not force the door, because bending the latch turns a small job into a big one.
Do you carry parts on the van?
We stock the failures that repeat here: spark electrodes and modules, oven igniters, bake and broil elements, thermal fuses, door-lock assemblies, hood blower capacitors and hood lamps. Control boards and induction generators are ordered against your specific model.

Griddle plate would not hold an even temperature — one end scorched, the other barely browned. A failed thermostat on that section. Replaced, then checked across the plate with a surface probe.
