The fastest route is a phone call — most faults narrow to two possibilities in about three minutes. If it is the middle of the night, the booking page takes a slot without anyone having to pick up.
What booking a visit costs
A flat $89 service call covers the trip and the full assessment — gas pressure at the manifold, cavity temperatures logged against set point, igniters and boards tested under load. It is credited in full against an approved repair, and you get the repair price before anything is opened.
Repairs are carried out 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days. The phone is answered 24/7, so an out-of-hours fault can be booked the moment it happens even though the van arrives inside working hours.
