One brand, one room, one plateau

Orchard Plateau Wolf Repair is a small independent service company. We work on Wolf cooking equipment in Sammamish and nothing else — not because other work is beneath us, but because narrowness is the only honest way to be genuinely quick at something.

The practical effect shows up in three places. The van carries the parts that fail on these appliances rather than a general assortment. The diagnostic starts from failure patterns we have already seen on this equipment, so an intermittent induction fault does not turn into three visits. And the quote reflects what the job actually takes, because we have done it before on the same model in the next neighbourhood over.

What we will not do: guess at a board because it is the easiest part to sell, quote a repair that costs more than the appliance is worth without saying so, or leave before the unit has been run back up and the readings shown to you.

How we work

• Wolf is the whole job, not a sideline

  Dual-fuel ranges, E and M series wall ovens, sealed-burner and induction cooktops, pro and island hoods. We are not learning your appliance on your time.

• A diagnosis you can read back

  You get the fault, the part number, the price and the reason — written down. If the honest answer is that it is not worth fixing, that is the answer you get.

• The plateau is the whole route

  Klahanie to Trossachs is a twelve-minute drive. We work 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days, and staying inside Sammamish is why a morning call usually becomes an afternoon slot instead of next Thursday.

• Gas work done properly

  Orifices matched to fuel type, manifold pressure checked against the plate, flames set to a tight blue cone before we leave. Not a guess at the burner cap.

What drives the number

Two things, and the badge on the door is neither of them. The first is the part: a spark electrode and a module sit in a different order of money from an induction generator or a touch-control board. The second is access — a wall oven that has to come out of a cabinet run costs time a freestanding range never does.
